also i need to let you all know that i FINALLY, FINALLY got my very first acrylic keychain charms from an anime convention. the very first ones in my entire life. they’re of essek, jester, and dorian storm and i feel like i reached enlightenment briefly when i bought them

i remember getting so irrationally angry when i was younger at the way the cover of The Door in the Wall was illustrated. the boy’s green tights and his whole little medieval getup made me so mad. now i actively seek out as much silly AND earnest medieval content as i possibly can and i think the story would make me openly bawl
